Ayliea doesn’t have public self-serve sign-up. Access is provisioned as part of starting an engagement — your Ayliea contact sets up your organization and your account after your engagement is scoped, and you activate your own account from there.

How access works

  1. You start an engagement. After a scoping call, your organization is set up in Ayliea and an Owner account is created for you (or the person your team designates).
  2. You receive an activation email. The email contains a secure, time-limited activation link addressed to your work email.
  3. You complete activation. Following the link walks you through a short guided setup — no separate sign-up form to fill out.
If you’ve been invited to join an existing organization as a teammate rather than as the first Owner, the flow is the same: you’ll receive an activation email and follow the same guided setup.

Activating your account

Open your activation email

Click the activation link. It’s valid for a limited time — if it’s expired, contact your Ayliea account team for a new one.

Set your password

Choose a password. Ayliea follows NIST SP 800-63B guidelines: a 12-character minimum, with no mandatory complexity rules — a long passphrase works as well as a mix of symbols. The setup screen shows real-time strength feedback as you type.

Set up multi-factor authentication

Enroll a TOTP authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, 1Password, or Authy) by scanning the QR code shown.

Save your backup codes

You’ll be shown a set of one-time backup codes. Store them somewhere safe — they let you sign in if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Sign in

Activation is complete. Sign in with your email, password, and a code from your authenticator app.
